This issue establishes the final cost for 2024 rent-to-own housing, measures for workers of companies confiscated in corruption cases, and the list of consumer goods eligible for transport cost reimbursement.
1. Protection of workers' rights in economic enterprises confiscated due to corruption
Executive decree establishing state measures to support workers of companies whose assets were definitively confiscated, ensuring their social and professional stability.
Guarantee of early retirement and unemployment insurance rights; granting severance pay to ineligible workers; creation of a national monitoring commission; state coverage of related expenses.
2. Fixing the final cost of rent-to-own (AADL) housing for 2024 applicants
Ministerial order defining the elements for calculating the final price of housing for applicants registered in 2024.
Price calculated based on land value, study/construction costs, and viability works; square meter price set at 60,000 DA; deduction of state frontal aid of 700,000 DA.
3. List of consumer goods eligible for transport cost reimbursement
Establishing the list of widely consumed goods eligible for transport cost reimbursement to supply concerned Wilayas (South and Highlands).
The list includes: flour, semolina, oil, sugar, milk, vegetables, meats, dry legumes, construction materials, butane gas, medicines, and school supplies.
4. Opening of a WIPO office in Algeria
Ratification of the headquarters agreement between Algeria and the World Intellectual Property Organization to establish an external office in Algeria.
The office aims to promote intellectual property; diplomatic immunities and privileges for the office and staff; tax and customs exemptions for the organization's assets.
5. Dissolution of the Riadh El Feth Office and transfer of its assets
Appointment of an ad hoc commission to inventory and transfer the assets, rights, and obligations of the (dissolved) Riadh El Feth Office to the Wilaya of Algiers.
The commission consists of representatives from the Ministries of Culture, Interior, and Finance; tasked with the quantitative and qualitative inventory of transferred assets.
6. Appointments and terminations in local administration
Decrees regarding movements among chiefs of cabinet, general inspectors, and directors of regulation and local administration in several wilayas.
The movement affected several wilayas including Tiaret, Djanet, Adrar, Tebessa, Tlemcen, Setif, and Algiers.
