1. Adherence to Global Green Growth Institute

Algeria officially joins the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) to promote sustainable development and green economic growth.
Presidential Decree No. 25-146 formalizes Algeria's adhesion to the agreement establishing the Global Green Growth Institute, signed in Rio de Janeiro on June 20, 2012. The GGGI aims to support developing countries in transitioning to a green growth model, focusing on economic performance, poverty reduction, job creation, social inclusion, and environmental sustainability.

2. Budget Adjustments and Public Health Committee Reform

This section covers a presidential decree on state budget credit transfers and an executive decree modifying the national committee for preventing and combating waterborne diseases.
Presidential Decree No. 25-142 authorizes credit transfers within the 2025 State budget, reallocating funds for the Prime Minister's office. Executive Decree No. 25-150 modifies and completes Decree No. 19-196 concerning the creation, missions, organization, and functioning of the national committee for the prevention and control of waterborne diseases, enhancing its operational framework and representation.

3. Key Appointments and Terminations in Public Administration

Numerous presidential and executive decrees detail appointments and terminations of functions for high-ranking officials across various ministries and public institutions, including Foreign Affairs, Higher Education, Energy, Agriculture, and Health.
Multiple decrees announce extensive personnel changes, including terminations and new appointments for: Directors, Sub-directors, Ambassadors, and Consuls within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; the Director General of 'El Asr' Islamic publishing house; an Inspector, Sub-directors, University Secretaries-General, Vice-Rectors, and Deans in the Higher Education sector. Additionally, director-level changes (terminations and appointments) are noted in the sectors of veterinary sciences, fisheries, water resources, tourism, energy, agriculture, and regional health directorates.

4. Regulatory Updates for National Parks and Environmental Agencies

This part details interministerial orders concerning the classification of national parks and access to senior positions, along with modifications to the boards of the National Forestry School and the National Agency for Climate Change.
An interministerial order (Ministry of Agriculture) sets the classification of national parks under the Ministry of Forests and conditions for accessing senior positions within them (pages 18-22). An order modifies the list of members of the board of directors of the National Forestry School (E.NA.F). Another order designates members of the scientific council of Belezma National Park (Batna). Lastly, an order modifies the members of the orientation council of the National Agency for Climate Change.
