Definition of the Minister of Environment's powers and organization of its central administration. Changes in the presidency of the National Observatory of Civil Society, appointments and terminations of several officials. Ministerial orders concerning energy, moudjahidine, religious affairs, and higher education.
1. Environment and Quality of Life: Minister's Powers and Central Administration Organization
Two decrees defining the missions of the Minister of Environment and Quality of Life and the organizational structure of the ministry's central administration, including general directorates and sub-directorates.
- Decree 25-104: powers of the Minister of Environment and Quality of Life (environmental policies, green economy, pollution control, biodiversity, climate change, quality of life). Abrogation of decree 23-381. - Decree 25-105: organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Environment (general secretariat, cabinet, general directorates). Abrogation of decree 23-382.
2. Appointments and Terminations in Bodies and Senior Positions
Presidential and executive decrees concerning the termination and appointment of the President of the National Observatory of Civil Society, terminations and appointments of general inspectors, directors of regulation and general affairs, and directors of local administration in several wilayas, and termination of an ex-sub-director at the Ministry of Health.
- Presidential decree: termination of the president of the National Observatory of Civil Society and appointment of Mrs. Ibtissem Hamlaoui as president. - Executive decrees: terminations and appointments of general inspectors, directors of regulation, and directors of local administration in several wilayas. - Termination of an ex-sub-director at the Ministry of Health.
3. Ministerial Orders and Commissions: Energy, Moudjahidine, Religious Affairs, Higher Education
Interministerial orders concerning the appointment of members of inventory and asset transfer commissions in the energy and higher education sectors, renewal of administrative commissions at the Ministry of Moudjahidine, appointment of members of a scientific research committee at the Ministry of Religious Affairs, and modification of the internal organization of a research center.
- Energy: inventory commission for the school and institute of mines. - Moudjahidine: renewal of central joint administrative commissions. - Religious Affairs: committee for scientific research and technological development. - Higher Education: inventory commission for asset transfer from Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy (Algiers 1) to University of Health Sciences; modification of the organization of the research center on arid regions.
