5. Fisheries & Aquaculture: Directorate General Administration
Executive Decree No. 25-78 specifies the organization of the central administration for the General Directorate of Fisheries and Aquaculture.

6. Algiers: Agricultural Land Declassified for Housing
Executive Decree No. 25-79 declassifies agricultural land parcels in the wilaya of Algiers for public housing programs and access roads.
Declassifies 21 hectares, 78 ares, and 86 centiares of agricultural land in various communes of Algiers (Ain Taya, Bordj El Kiffan, Birtouta, Ouled Fayet, Birkhadem, Aïn Benian, Staouéli, Mahelma) for building public housing and access to a 6000-unit housing site. An annex lists specific parcels and projects.

7. National Solidarity Ministry: Signature Delegation Changes
Two orders from the Ministry of National Solidarity, Family, and Women's Condition: one abrogates a previous signature delegation, and another delegates signature to a sub-director.
