This issue establishes new rules for the inventory and management of forest resources. It also includes a major reshuffle in the judiciary and among wilaya security chiefs, as well as the classification of new historical monuments.
1. Forest Resource Management
A new executive framework for the protection and development of national forest resources.
An executive decree establishes the legal framework for the inventory, sustainable management, and development of national forest resources. The decree defines the components of the national forest heritage, planning tools (such as the national forest development plan), and the objectives for preserving biodiversity and combating desertification.

2. Judiciary and Security Reshuffle
A wide-ranging reshuffle within the judiciary and among wilaya security officials.
Presidential decrees include terminations and new appointments affecting wilaya security chiefs, presidents of Courts, public prosecutors, presidents of administrative tribunals, and state commissioners at administrative tribunals across the country.

3. Culture, Diplomacy, and Honors
Classification of cultural sites, a diplomatic appointment, and a presidential honor.
Classification of the "Casbah of Badjouda" in In Salah and the "Bousmail experimental station for aquaculture and fishing" as protected cultural properties. Appointment of an ambassador to Kuwait. Awarding the "Athir" rank of the National Order of Merit to the President of the Lebanese Republic.

4. Administrative Organization
Reorganization and structuring in public administrations and authorities.
Two interministerial orders, the first modifying the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of National Education, and the second fixing the number of senior posts for the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data. Appointment of a Chief of Cabinet at the Ministry of Education.

A presidential decree allows the change of family names for several citizens.
By presidential decree, the change of family names for several citizens and their minor children has been authorized, in accordance with Law No. 70-20 on civil status.
