Termination of Prime Minister Mohamed Ennadir Larbaoui's duties, with Minister of Industry Sifi Ghrieb appointed as interim. Significant state budget transfers, publication of the Constitutional Court's composition, and a broad movement in senior administration.
1. Changes at the Head of Government and Publication of Constitutional Court Composition
By presidential decree, the Prime Minister's duties were terminated, and the Minister of Industry was tasked with serving as interim. The full nominative composition of the Constitutional Court members has also been published.

2. Transfer of Financial Credits to Support Investment Programs
Two presidential decrees were issued, authorizing transfers of budget credits for the year 2025 to support investment expenditures in several vital sectors.
Transfer of over 5.2 billion DZD in commitment authorizations and 12.9 billion DZD in payment credits to the sectors of Higher Education, National Education, Industry, Public Works, Hydraulics, and Tourism.
