1. Organization of the Ministry of Energy, Mines, and Renewable Energies
Two executive decrees defining the attributions of the Minister of Energy, Mines, and Renewable Energies and the organization of the Ministry's central administration.
Executive Decree No. 25-84 defines the attributions of the Minister of Energy, Mines, and Renewable Energies. Executive Decree No. 25-85 organizes the central administration of the same ministry, including the General Secretariat, Minister's office, General Inspectorate, and General Directorates.
2. Special Solidarity Allowance for Ramadan
Establishment of a special solidarity allowance of 10,000 DA for needy families during Ramadan, with conditions and application procedures.
Executive Decree No. 25-86 institutes a special solidarity allowance of 10,000 DA for Ramadan for needy families, specifying eligibility conditions such as no income or income below the guaranteed national minimum wage for the couple, and proven precarious social situation. It also outlines application and appeal procedures, the dedicated information system, and funding sources for the allowance.
3. Appointments and Terminations in Administration and Judiciary
Presidential decrees concerning terminations and new appointments of officials in central administration and the judiciary, and appointments to regulatory bodies.
Presidential decrees dated February 18, 2025, concerning terminations of functions and new appointments of senior officials in the Ministry of Interior, Local Authorities and Territorial Planning (directors general, director, sub-director), termination of functions of magistrates (due to retirement) and appointment of new magistrates, appointment of a member to the council of the Post and Electronic Communications Regulatory Authority, and appointment of a sub-director for budget and accounting at the Djamaâ El Djazaïr rectorate.
4. Tourism Development and Pharmaceutical Sector Regulation
Ministerial orders for tourism development in Sétif province through new development plans, and temporary authorization for marketing medical devices.
Two orders from the Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts dated February 5, 2025, prescribing the establishment of tourism development plans for the 'Hammam Sidi Mansour' (35 hectares) and 'Hammam Sidi Amor' (38 hectares) expansion zones and tourist sites in Sétif province, detailing their three-phase preparation procedure over 12 months. An order from the Ministry of Pharmaceutical Industry dated February 20, 2025, authorizes the commercialization of medical devices (locally manufactured or imported) that have not yet obtained registration approval, for a period of two years.
