Presidential decrees approve hydrocarbon contracts and amendments. The list of medicines for uninsured poor individuals is established. Tutelage over the National Office of Statistics is transferred to the Prime Minister.
1. Energy: Approval of New Hydrocarbon Contracts and Amendments
Several contracts and amendments between the national company SONATRACH and its international partners have been approved by presidential decrees for the research and exploitation of hydrocarbons in various perimeters.
• New contracts in the perimeters of "REGGANE II", "ZERAFA II", "GUERN EL GUESSA II", "AHARA", and "TOUAL II" with international partners.
• Approval of the contract for the "Hassi Berkane Nord" perimeter with "Sinopec".
• Approval of amendments to exploitation contracts for the "Menzel Lejmat" and "Reggane Nord" perimeters.
• Approval of the contract for the "Hassi Berkane Nord" perimeter with "Sinopec".
• Approval of amendments to exploitation contracts for the "Menzel Lejmat" and "Reggane Nord" perimeters.
2. Health and Solidarity: List of Medicines for the Uninsured Poor Established
An interministerial order establishes the complete list of pharmaceutical products for uninsured poor individuals, particularly those with chronic illnesses and their minor children.
• The order aims to ensure medical care for vulnerable groups without social security coverage.
• The list covers a wide range of medications for various conditions, including allergology, cardiology, oncology, dermatology, neurology, and more.
• The list spans 49 pages, with specific dispensing criteria for certain drugs.

3. Governance and Administrative Organization
Tutelage over the National Office of Statistics is transferred to the Prime Minister, and an amendment is made to the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Wakfs.
• The Prime Minister now exercises tutelage over the National Office of Statistics.
• Creation of a sub-directorate for Iqraa and remote Quranic education within the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

4. Changes in Public Administration
The issue includes numerous decrees and orders concerning the termination of duties and appointment of senior officials in various ministries and public bodies, including the national defense sector.
