International Cooperation, Cybersecurity School Organized, Best Exporter Prize Amended

Ratification of cooperation agreements with Indonesia, Egypt, and Congo in energy, technology, and hydrocarbons. A decree organizes the National Higher School of Cybersecurity, and amendments to the President's Prize for Best Exporter add new categories.

1. International Cooperation & Export Support

Strengthening international cooperation in strategic energy and IT sectors, and expanding the best exporter prize to encourage and diversify exports.
• Ratification of an agreement with Indonesia in the field of energy and mining.
• Ratification of a memorandum of understanding with Egypt in telecommunications, information technology, and postal services.
• Ratification of a memorandum of understanding with Congo in the hydrocarbons sector.
• Amendment of the President of the Republic's Prize for the Best Exporter to include new categories: best female exporter, best young exporter, best exporter to Africa, and best exporter of industrial, pharmaceutical, agricultural, and service products.

2. Organization of the Higher School of Cybersecurity

Establishing the organizational framework for the National Higher School of Cybersecurity, a new institution for training national experts in this strategic field, along with appointments in the nuclear engineering sector.
• Interministerial order defining the administrative organization, nature of technical services, and common research services and their structure at the National Higher School of Cybersecurity.
• Establishment of the list of members of the Board of Directors and the Scientific and Pedagogical Council of the Algerian Institute for Training in Nuclear Engineering.

3. State Budget and Media Sector

Budget adjustments include credit transfers to several vital sectors and the organization of the support fund for audiovisual companies to boost national production.
• Presidential decrees concerning credit transfers in the state budget for the Presidency of the Republic, the Ministry of Public Works and Basic Infrastructures, and the Ministry of Transport.
• Defining the operating procedures for the special appropriation account No. 302-051 'Fund for the allocation of taxes intended for audiovisual companies'.

4. Administrative Decisions and Appointments

Movement among directors in several ministerial sectors and renewal of administrative commissions in the public service.
• Terminations and new appointments of directors in the sectors of education, vocational training and education, transport, and tourism and crafts in several wilayas.
• Renewal of the composition of the joint administrative commissions responsible for matters concerning the staff of the General Directorate of Public Service and Administrative Reform.
