1. National Defense: Updates to ANP Medals
Two presidential decrees modify the People's National Army medal awarded to civilians and establish the official order for wearing national medals and decorations.

2. Administration and Public Service: Wilaya Recruitment Budgets Set
A ministerial order sets the maximum rate of financial credits for personnel recruitment on the decentralized budget of the wilaya for the 2025 fiscal year, with a detailed table for each wilaya.

3. Higher Education and Scientific Research: New Research Networks Created
Four new thematic research networks have been launched to support scientific research in vital areas: circular economy, major risks, hydrogen, and water security (Foggara).

A new section is created within the Koléa tribunal, and support for children with special needs is expanded with a new annex to the psycho-pedagogical center in the wilaya of Sidi Bel Abbès.
