Council of Nation Appointments, Fiscal Updates, and New Administrative Regulations

1. Appointment of Members to the Council of the Nation

Presidential decree appointing six new members to the Council of the Nation for a six-year term.
Dalila Bendjoudi, Aissa Bouregba, Ayache Djebablia, Belkacem Boukhari, Lakhdar Elhabiri, and Hadj Belghaouti appointed as members of the Council of the Nation.

2. Amendment to the Organization and Operation of the National School for Training Religious Affairs and Wakfs Cadres

Executive decree modifying and supplementing the decree on the organization and operation of the national school for training and perfecting cadres of the administration of religious affairs and wakfs.
- Amends articles concerning the creation of school annexes, school's training and improvement missions, training programs, use of experts, conditions for access to specialized training, and conditions for access to improvement and specialized training cycles. - Defines school's revenue and expenditure sources. - Budgetary control of the school.

3. Terminations and Appointments in Senior and Middle Positions

Presidential decrees involving terminations of functions and new appointments of officials in various public administrations and institutions.
Changes included: Presidency (Digital Directorate General), Ministry of Interior, Communal Guard, Judiciary (magistrate, member of conflict tribunal), Higher Education (university rectors, director of renewable energy development center), sectors of Youth & Sports, Fisheries, Agriculture, Court of Accounts, National Economic, Social and Environmental Council, and Algerian Academy of Sciences and Technologies. New university rectors were also appointed.

4. Appointments to Senior University Positions

Executive decrees concerning the appointment of vice-rectors, deans of faculties, and institute directors in various universities.
- Appointment of vice-rectors for higher education, post-graduation, and scientific research at the universities of Algiers 2, Skikda, Sidi Bel Abbès, and Mascara. - Appointment of deans of faculties at the universities of Constantine 1, Tissemsilt, Oum El Bouaghi, Djelfa, Mascara, and Ouargla. - Appointment of directors of institutes of sciences and techniques of physical and sports activities at the universities of Oum El Bouaghi and Ouargla.

5. Update of Depreciation Periods for Fixed Assets for Taxable Income Determination

Ministerial order amending and supplementing the annex on the depreciation periods of fixed assets, applied for the determination of taxable income.
- The order provides a detailed list of new depreciation periods for various types of intangible and tangible assets, including constructions, industrial machinery and equipment, tools, vehicles, biological assets, and equipment for specific sectors. - These updates aim to harmonize accounting and tax treatment of depreciation.

6. Determination of Contract Staff Numbers, Classification, and Contract Duration at the Ministry of Religious Affairs

Interministerial order determining staff numbers by position, their classification, and contract duration for agents performing maintenance or service activities for the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Wakfs and its related establishments.
- The order provides detailed tables of contract staff numbers (professional workers, service agents, prevention agents, drivers) at various levels, specifying contract type, category, and index. - Repeals previous related orders.

7. Appointment of Members to the Sectoral Public Procurement Commission of the Ministry of Internal Trade

Order appointing members of the sectoral public procurement commission for the Ministry of Internal Trade and National Market Regulation.
- Appointment of a president, vice-president, permanent members, and substitute members to the commission, representing the Ministry of Trade and the Ministry of Finance. - Repeals the previous order concerning the composition of the former commission for the Ministry of Trade and Export Promotion.

8. Members of the Foreign Aircrew Aeronautical Title Equivalency Commission

Order establishing the nominal list of members of the commission for the equivalency of aeronautical titles for foreign private or professional aircrew.
- Appointment of commission members chaired by the Director General of the National Civil Aviation Agency, including officials and pilots from the agency and the Ministry of National Defense. - The secretariat is handled by the agency's aircrew licensing department.

9. Internal Organization of the Djamaa El Djazair Research Center

Joint decision defining the internal organization of the Research Center for Religious Sciences and Dialogue of Civilizations, affiliated with Djamaa El Djazair.
- Organization of the center under the director's authority, comprising technical departments, research divisions, and administrative services. - Definition of tasks for technical departments and the three research divisions. - Definition of the tasks of the center's Secretary General.
