This issue features revalorization of pensions for Moudjahidine and rights holders, new conditions for acquiring and detaining Category 3 and 4 arms, and updated compensation for imported green coffee prices. Also includes various appointments and university organization updates.
1. Decrees
Key legislative changes including veteran pensions and university organization.
- Executive Decree No. 25-80 modifying Executive Decree No. 08-155 on the revaluation of pensions for Moudjahidine, rights holders of Chouhada and Moudjahidine, civil victims, and victims of explosive devices and their rights holders. - Executive Decree No. 03-279 setting the missions and specific rules for the organization and functioning of the university (Rectification).
