Executive decrees approve the granting of 5G licenses to ATM Mobilis, Wataniya Télécom Algérie (Ooredoo), and Optimum Télécom Algérie (Djezzy), defining the technical and financial conditions and deployment schedule.
- Approval of the 5G network license for "ATM Mobilis S.P.A" with a fixed financial consideration of DZD 22.19 billion.
- Approval of the 5G license for "Wataniya Télécom Algérie S.P.A" with a fixed financial consideration of DZD 21.00 billion.
- Approval of the 5G license for "Optimum Télécom Algérie S.P.A" with a fixed financial consideration of DZD 20.70 billion.
- The annexed specifications detail technical obligations, quality of service, and the progressive coverage deployment schedule across wilayas over several years.
