1. Powers and Organization of the Ministry of Sports
Defining the powers of the Minister of Sports and organizing the ministry's central administration to develop national sports policy and enhance various aspects of sports activity.
Executive Decree No. 25-95 defines the powers of the Minister of Sports, including developing and implementing national sports policy, elite sports, sports for all, infrastructure, training, and anti-doping measures.
Executive Decree No. 25-96 outlines the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Sports, comprising the Secretary-General, Minister's Office, Inspectorate General, and 6 central directorates: Directorate of Young Sports Talents, Elite and High-Level Sport, and Sport in Education and Training; Directorate of Competitions and Promotion of Performance and Sports Practices; Directorate for Monitoring Establishments, Associative Life, Ethics, and Sports Medicine; Directorate of Infrastructures, Equipment, Prospective Studies, and Means; Directorate of Human Resources, Finance, and Information Systems; Directorate of Legal Affairs and International Cooperation.
