1. Budget Adjustments: Credit Transfers for Several Ministerial Sectors
Presidential decrees concerning financial credit transfers within the 2025 state budget for the Presidency of the Republic and the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Interior, Finance, Moudjahidine, Hydraulics, and Transport.
Decrees include financial credit transfers (Nos. 25-115 to 25-121) benefiting: the Presidency - Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Ministry of Interior - Ministry of Finance - Ministry of Moudjahidine - Ministry of Hydraulics - Ministry of Transport.

2. Naturalization, Appointments, and Terminations in Administration and Public Institutions
Individual decisions including the granting of Algerian nationality to several individuals, and the termination and appointment of officials in various positions including directors of public equipment, transport, health, child rights promotion, secretaries-general of municipalities and universities, and deans of faculties.
Presidential decree on acquiring Algerian nationality. - Executive decrees for terminations and appointments including: directors of public equipment (Annaba, Bouira) - DG of urban transport (Algiers) - health directors (Khenchela, M'Sila) - director for child rights promotion - secretaries-general (Aïn Oussera, M'Sila University) - deans of faculties (Algiers 1, Bouira, Sidi Bel Abbès universities) - an inspector at Public Works.

3. Ministerial Appointments & Regulations: Health Security, Expropriation, Accounting, Agriculture, Housing
Ministerial orders and decisions including appointments to the ethics committee of the Health Security Agency, the national list of persons authorized for public utility expropriation inquiries, appointments to the board of the accounting profession institute, and appointments to orientation councils and bodies in the agriculture and housing sectors.
